CUSTOMER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

• A full refund will be given if written notice is made at least 10 days prior to trip date or trip may be rescheduled to an alternative date.
• A 75% refund if written notice is made from 10-3 days prior to trip date. At this point we have made shuttle arrangements, reserved guide’s time, purchased river trip permits and food for the trip, etc.
• No refund can be issued if trip is cancelled within 72 hours of trip date. If you need to cancel at the last minute, we know life happens, we will be happy to reschedule your adventure subject to a 25% rebooking fee.

N.H.R. CANCELLATION

• NHR reserves the right to CXL a trip date if there are not more than 4 clients signed up for that date.
• NHR reserves the right to CXL a trip due to Mother Nature or unsafe conditions.
• In the above conditions the trip will be rescheduled.
